200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training begins
March 2023


We offer our training schedule in a lifestyle friendly format.  Our hybrid format consisting of asynchronous and synchronous learning makes this training flexible and accessible for all kinds of learners.

  • Introduction to teaching special populations

  • Purposeful and creative sequencing

With over 35 years of combined experience leading yoga teacher trainings locally and nationally, Amy and Lacey have created a learning space that supports yogis of all backgrounds to come together and dive deeper into the world of yoga.  With ample support on and off your mat, this is a team dedicated to the growth of yoga, self and community.

The Yoga Post recognizes the structural and institutional racism in the self-care, wellness, and yoga communities, as well as the economic disparity in our community. We are committed to removing financial barriers to yoga education in order to make yoga more accessible and the teaching more representative.

To that end, we are offering a minimum of one scholarships per training. You will be notified via email once the scholarship decision has been made (approximately 1 month before training starts), and we’ll let you know at that time if any partial scholarships are available.

Who is eligible:

  • BIPOC (black, indigenous, and people of color) interested in starting or deepening their teaching practice

  • Financial Support for those struggling financially in a way that you are not able to pay rent, have zero outside spending and struggle to financially afford the everyday expenses.

Scholarship Amount:
This scholarship will cover 50% of the tuition for the teacher training program of your choice.
