FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our COVID-19 policy will align with the Sonoma County Department of Health guidelines for gyms and fitness studios. We do share an entrance way with a health facility, and ask for you to wear a mask when entering the building. You may remove your mask when you arrive in our space.
WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP PERKS?
Becoming a valued member at The Yoga Post provides various perks both inside and outside of our studio. You will receive unlimited yoga both at The Yoga Post and our sister studio, Petaluma Park Yoga. We also offer member-only workshops that are communicated in studio and our newsletter, in-studio retail discounts and community discounts at our Petaluma partners around the city. You have the option for both monthly unlimited or yearly unlimited memberships.
IS THERE PARKING?
We have plenty of parking and it is FREE! Please park your car to the left of our building, near the D St. bridge. We like to leave the front parking spaces for patients with limited mobility. There is a parking garage right across the bridge and overflow parking is available in the lot across the street and along the streets.
PRE-REGISTRATION AND REFUNDS
We require all students to pre-register for class through our mindbodyonline system. If you need to reschedule a class that you have already booked, that's no problem. You have up to 12 hours to cancel or reschedule at no cost. We do not offer refunds within 12 hours of class start time. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions that you have along the way. We are here to help you.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS OR SPECIAL EVENT?
Our studio welcomes the option for both private clients and special event rentals. We do have limited hours, yet love to support and celebrate our community anyway that we can. Please reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, and we will contact you for more details.
WILL YOU HAVE A YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM?
We own and operate Sonoma County Yoga School within our Yoga Post community. Watch both our website and social media channels for more information and schedule coming soon.
WHAT PROPS DO YOU OFFER IN STUDIO?
We provide blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters for our students to use during classes. These items are cleaned weekly and yours to use in any class. If you need a rental mat, please ask at the front desk.
