YOGA FLOW
An hour long of flowing, sweating and challenging your body, mind and breath. Our most popular class for yogis of all levels, this is our signature class. We will cultivate strength and alignment, while challenging our minds with movement linked breath to movement.

YOGA STRENGTH
This yogi workout combines the power of yoga with the challenge of strength training. We will utilize different strength training moves throughout our vinyasa practice to increase our yoga posture knowledge. Get ready to sweat, laugh and dance in these fun classes!

YIN YOGA
It's time to slow down. Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Find ultimate rest and nervous system reset as you luxuriate in just a few intelligently, supported and ultra-propped up postures in a single hour. Find a new level of rest, relaxation and restoration

SPECIALITY EXPERIENCES
Our speciality experiences are designed to bring full-sensory experiences to you beyond the typical offerings in a traditional yoga class or workshop. These experiences are led by experts in their field, and create a unique transformation for all. All TYP Monthly and Yearly members get 50% off these experiences.
STAND UP PADDLE BOARD YOGA
(SUP YOGA)
We have partnered with The Floathouse Petaluma to offer SUP Yoga on the Petaluma River! Meet us at the Petaluma turning basin (the dock next to Baskin Robbins & TAPs) for 90 minutes of paddle boarding and yoga. All levels are welcome, but we ask that you please know how to swim...although we hope to keep you dry!


THE BREATHWORK EXPERIENCE
Get grounded and reconnected to your body through the transformational power of breath work. You will be thoughtfully guided through a 90 minute experiential breath work journey by healing and breath work expert, Brittney Hatcher. This is unique and one of a kind experience is accompanied by customized music, group alter and supported through instruction, community and connection.
WORKSHOPS
Sometimes, our 60 minute yoga classes aren't long enough to dive deep into yoga postures, the history of yoga, yoga spirituality and so much more. We host monthly workshops on a variety of different themes and concepts. These workshops are 90 minutes long and contain both movement, breath and lecture. These workshops are included in our TYP Monthly and Yearly memberships, so members can join at no additional cost.
